Maplewood Addition's water comes from a shared well system, drawn and pressurized at our neighborhood pump house and metered to each home. The committee is made up of your neighbors — residents who volunteer to keep the system running, read meters, manage billing, and handle repairs when something goes wrong.

FAQ & Reporting an Issue
How do I report a leak or a loss of water pressure?
Call or text the System Operator listed above. If it's after hours and water is actively flooding a property, call the emergency line below first.
What happens during a boil-water notice?
The committee will notify affected homes directly and post an update here. Follow the notice until the committee confirms the system has been cleared by testing.
How is my bill calculated?
Bills are based on metered usage, read and billed on a [monthly / quarterly] cycle. Contact the Treasurer with questions about a specific bill.
Can I join the committee?
Yes — the committee is entirely volunteer-run. Come to a meeting or contact the Chair to find out where help is needed.
Water emergency (main break, active flooding): call [emergency phone number] any time, day or night.
